Fee
$1895.00 including research, general sessions, workshops, clinics, continental breakfasts, keynotes, luncheons, on-going refreshments, receptions, and complete conference documentation.

Same Company Discount
If more than two people from the same company attend, each additional person after the second will receive a 25% discount.

Cancellations
Full refund for all cancellations received in writing on or before September 5, 2008. Full refund minus $250 cancellation charge for any cancellations received in writing between September 6 and 19, 2008. No refunds for any cancellations received after September 19, 2008. If for any reason PME Enterprises LLC decides to cancel this conference at any time, PME Enterprises LLC sole liability is restricted to the full amount of the registration fees received.
